Top 100 Landscape Prices Guide 2025
Arun Landscapes Limited, the Sussex based multi-award-winning landscape company who have been compiling their top one hundred pricing guide rates for The Landscape Library since 2020 have released their 2025 schedule. These show an increase of seven percent over last year, to reflect the increases in costs created by the October budget, and will come into force during 2025, especially on labour.
These prices are relevant to the Home Counties, and will vary around the country, and should be seen as a guide only. For use by designers and estimators when compiling a quotation and works schedule. Note that the prices are accumulative, with clearance and excavation rates shown separately from actual projects e.g paving.
Note too, that some rates are for square metres, whilst others are shown as cubic metres, or linear metres, as applicable. Access and site problems should be taken into consideration when producing estimates.
