Paving Superstore Expands Bespoke Offer as Demand Grows for Personalised Outdoor Design

Paving Superstore is strengthening its position in the landscaping sector with the continued development of its Bespoke Service, responding to growing demand for more personalised and design-led outdoor solutions.

Bruce Read, Director of Paving Superstore, explained that while the company has always focused on supplying high-quality paving and landscaping materials, there has been a clear shift in the market towards more individual, tailored products that help create distinctive outdoor spaces.

The Bespoke Service has been developed to meet that demand, bringing together a wide selection of made-to-order features for gardens and landscapes. This includes bespoke paving sizes and finishes, tile cutting, custom masonry, sculptural pieces, metal planters, pergolas, edging systems, drainage grates, decorative metal screens, steel planters and fire pits, as well as laser-cut design elements. Products can be customised in size, finish and material, giving landscaping professionals greater flexibility to achieve a unique result on each project.

According to Bruce, this move reflects wider changes in the landscaping market, where gardens are increasingly being treated as extensions of the home rather than simply functional paved areas. As a result, there is growing interest in products that combine visual impact with practicality. Designers and landscapers are now looking to incorporate statement features such as pergolas, bespoke planters, screens and fire elements alongside paving, helping create more considered and cohesive outdoor environments.

Paving Superstore’s Bespoke Service is built on a trusted supplier network that already includes brands such as Marshalls, Talasey Group, London Stone, Brett Landscaping, Strata Stones, Stonemarket and its own Paving Superstore range. This offer is now being expanded further with more design-focused products and custom-made solutions, including made-to-measure pergolas, decorative metal screens, steel planters, edging systems, drainage gratings and fire pits.

Bruce said the company remains committed to supporting landscaping professionals with the materials and features needed to create truly individual outdoor spaces. He also highlighted the importance of staying closely connected to the landscaping industry, pointing to events such as FutureScape as playing a valuable role in helping the business stay in touch with current trends and the wider direction of the sector.

Over the past year, Paving Superstore has continued to strengthen its team and broaden the services it offers, with a particular focus on supporting landscaping professionals and trade customers. Investment has also been made in widening product ranges, improving partnerships with suppliers and offering stronger support for customers planning projects. A key part of that development has been the launch and growth of the Bespoke Service, which reflects increasing demand for more distinctive landscaping features.

Looking ahead, Bruce said 2026 is expected to be another positive year for the business. Paving Superstore will again attend FutureScape and is also proud to have been shortlisted for Best Supplier and Service Provider at the Pro Landscaper Business Awards. He sees these industry events and recognitions as important opportunities to connect with landscapers, designers and suppliers, while also contributing to conversations around the future of outdoor design.

Future plans include continued investment in new product areas, further strengthening of supplier relationships and expanding support for customers. Bruce also pointed to some exciting growth areas, particularly in outdoor living, where design-led landscaping features are becoming increasingly important alongside traditional paving materials. Paving Superstore is also introducing a new outdoor furniture collection to help customers create more complete outdoor living spaces, while continuing to expand its In-Lite lighting range.

In addition, the business is proud to supply the respected Talasey Pioneer and Hunter composite ranges, offering durable, low-maintenance solutions that are becoming more popular in modern garden design.

Bruce said what continues to drive the business is the opportunity to help people create outdoor spaces they can genuinely enjoy. As landscaping evolves, the company’s Bespoke Service is intended to make it easier for professionals to source high-quality, more tailored products and bring their designs to life.
